If you have a file outside of the database that you'd like to send to another user, you can upload an attachment to your communication.
Important: All document types are permissible, but please keep in mind that larger files (such as video) will take up considerable storage space in your database.
Upload a Document
- Click Upload.
- A search window for your computer will open.
- The document name and thumbnail will appear attached to your communication.
- A paperclip icon will appear if the comment is collapsed.
Remove an Uploaded Document
- Hover over the thumbnail of the uploaded document.
- A black trash can icon will appear in the upper right corner of the thumbnail.
- A warning will appear asking if you are sure you want to remove the document.
