Every Tevera user has the ability to submit a ticket to our Support Desk. If you have a question that you cannot find the answer to in our support materials, or if you are encountering an issue and need technical support, please send in a support request!
- Click the in the upper right hand corner of your database.
- The Support Menu will open in the lower right of your screen.
- Subject - Summarize your question or the issue you're experiencing.
- Description - The more details you can give here regarding what you're doing and experiencing in the system, the better!
- Attachments- Any screenshots of error messages or what your referencing is very helpful!
- Your request is now sent to the Tevera Support Desk. You can view it and any responses in your Communications Hub.
