We know that as a student, you are often on the go, and do not always have access to a computer to log your time. This is why we are very excited to introduce Tevera Mobile! If you access Tevera from a mobile device, such as a phone or tablet, you will be able to use this feature. Below is a brief introduction to our mobile site and its functionality.
Logging in to Mobile
- Open a browser window on your phone or tablet, and go to your prorgram's regular url.
- You will then be asked to enter your login information as you would using Tevera on a computer. You will also have the option to go to the full version of Tevera on this page.
Once you have logged in, you will be taken directly to the mobile version of your Timesheets environment. Here you can enter and edit your time.
To add your time quickly, have your pre-selects set up. You can do this by clicking on the pre-select menu at the top. If you have tracked time already, your pre-selects will be carried over from your most recent session. If you make any changes to these settings, those will be reflected on your desktop version the next time you login.
- Any new students on mobile who have not added time yet will be prompted to first complete all pre-selects before being able to add time.
This will take you to a menu where your can set up your track, program, site, and site supervisor.
Click on each setting to change it. Remember that your site selection will determine which supervisors appear (only supervisors associated with the selected site).
Once you have your pre-selects set up, you can add time to your track simply by clicking Add Time and entering the duration of your entry. The record will then be visible under that activity.
You can edit any time entries by clicking on them. Things that can be edited are:
- Start & End Time
- Track & Activity
- Site Supervisor
- Delete record altogether
View Track Progress
For a quick summary of your progress towards licensure, click the banner at the bottom of the screen to view your Track Progress graph.
If you have multiple tracks, select the one you want to view from the menu. You can minimize the track progress widget by clicking the arrow in the top right corner.
To go back to the previous page or view in mobile, simply click on the back arrow at the top left.
Click on the Menu bar at the top right to contact support, go to the full site, or log out. Click on the X to collapse the menu.
Things you will need to access the desktop version of Tevera to do:
- Copy time records (both individually or as a whole day)
- Create / view / edit a new repeating time rule
- Send time for approval
- Add / remove / edit tracks
- Run any reports
