You may have noticed recently that when you add time to your track, a red square appears around the first day of the week or month with an exclamation point. This is a feature that we call Track Violations.
What are Track Violations?
Track violations are essentially notifications that you are not meeting a time requirement on your selected track. For example, your track may have a minimum weekly requirement of 1 hour of individual supervision. This means if you log any time on your track for that week, but do not have the required supervision hours, the violation notification will appear.
You can click on the small exclamation point in the upper left corner of the red box to view what track required hours you are missing specifically.
When do Track Violations Appear?
Track violations will appear in your Month and Track views in Timesheets on the first of the month or week, depending on the track requirement. Track Violations do not appear if you have no hours logged yet for the displayed week or month.
Can I add time to other activities on my track when I have a violation notification?
Yes, you can. Track violations are simply to help you keep track of what is required on your track on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or annual basis. You can always add or remove time as you normally would.
