This is a troubleshooting guide for people outside of Tevera who click links to complete forms and are taken to a blank page or are prompted to login when they should not be.

Do not use a mobile device. Use a laptop or desktop.
Do not use Internet Explorer. Chrome or Firefox are the best options for browsers.
If using a public internet connection (one other than a personal internet connection) make sure your connection is secure and the firewalls are not blocking Tevera. If you think they may be, ask your IT department to whitelist Tevera. Internet provided in government buildings, schools, hospitals, and prisons often have firewalls that block Tevera.
